- Please fill out the form completely to allow us to process your return efficiently with no delays upon arrival
- Without your order number and/or valid email address, we will not be able to process your return
- RETURN SHIPPING FEES are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable
- We charge a 10% HANDLING FEE on every return - we have to take precautions to properly dispose used item(s)
- If you paid for shipping on your purchase, that will not be refunded by Triple Bristle or the shipping carrier
- We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit. Be sure to mail your toothbrush(es) back with tracking.
- Returned items will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the product(s) back. You will be refunded what you paid for the toothbrush(es) less the 10% handling fee, and shipping costs.
- We DO NOT accept returns on any Triple Bristle replacement brush heads (packs of 2 or 3), oral care supplies (floss, picks, brush covers, toothpaste, etc), any Brush and Bite products (special needs kits), or any of the Triple Bristle brush club subscription starter kit products.
