Here’s What You Need To Do Next:


1. Check your email and review your information. 

An email will be sent to you containing the information you submitted as well as the same instructions contained below. Note: It may take up to 15 minutes to receive the email

2. Print the email and include it with your return in the box.

Note: If any information is incorrect, use a pen and correct it. Make sure it’s easy to read so we can process your return quickly. (If you cannot print this page, please write down the information you completed on the form on a piece of paper and include in the box. If we don’t have your information inside the box, we cannot process your return).

3. Place product in shipping box or padded envelope (Note: Due to hygiene reasons, please recycle the replacement brush heads. We cannot accept returns of replacement brush heads).

Important: Make sure you use trackable shipping. Retain your tracking number in case we request it later. We cannot help you without a tracking number in the event your shipment doesn’t reach us.
