- What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is $6.95 for 1 starter kit and $13.90 for 2 starter kits. This is the only cost. The starter kits are free!

- How much are replacement brush heads and how often do I receive them?

Replacement brush heads are $9.97 for 1 and $17.97 for 2. You pay this 30 days after your first order and then every 60 days after that.

- How do I brush my tongue?

A tongue cleaner is included in every single starter kit. If your tongue cleaner ever needs to be replaced, we'll replace it for free as long as you're subscribed to our brush club.

- How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are shipped within 24 hours, given there are no issues with payment processing or it is not a weekend or Federal Holiday. You will receive an email from Triple Bristle with a tracking number once your order ships. If no delays, you will receive your order within 5-7 business days.

- Why do I need replacement heads after 60 days?

When you receive your Starter Kit, included is a starter brush head designed to last 30 days. This gives you the opportunity to try the Triple Bristle Toothbrush and decide if it's for you. Your first replacement head shipment will contain premium brush heads with blue indicator bristles that fade over time, letting you know when it's time to swap.

60 days is recommended to stay on top of your oral care routine.

TB tips: If you've been sick, replace your brush head. Be sure to rinse your brush head thoroughly after each use.

- What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You are free to cancel replacement head shipments at any time. Canceling your Triple Bristle subscription will void all member-only deals.

Please note: You must cancel 48 hours prior to your next replacement head shipment. No returns or refunds on starter kits or replacement heads once they have been shipped or received.

- Is this offer available outside the US?

At this time, this offer is only available to US residents.

- Are Triple Bristle Toothbrushes safe for children to use?

All Triple Bristle Toothbrush models are intended for use by children ages 6 and up. We do offer a toothbrush specifically designed for kids and adults with shorter teeth and smaller mouths on our website HERE. The Kids brush is not a part of the free starter kits at this time.

- What if I want to make a one-time purchase instead of subscribing?

Purchase any of our other toothbrush models without subscribing to replacement head auto-shipments HERE. Please note: You will get the option to upgrade to the rechargeable model from this page after checkout. Otherwise, our battery-operated Triple Bristle Go is available without a subscription for $30.

- Is Triple Bristle dental work friendly?

Triple Bristle is safe to use on all dental work including braces and beyond.
