How do I brush with a 3-sided toothbrush?
Brushing in quadrants is the most efficient and effective technique. First, add a pea-sized amount of your favorite toothpaste to your brush. Begin brushing by gently sliding the brush heads down onto your teeth until you feel the bristles engage your gums. Press the power button and slowly glide the brush along your teeth until you have covered all areas. Be sure to keep the brush parallel to the ground as you change brushing positions. Just flip the brush, no need to twist or strain your wrist. The built-in two-minute timer will pause every 30 seconds letting you know it's time to change positions. Brush for the full 2 minutes to achieve the most refreshing clean. For even fresher breath, use the included tongue cleaner to clean your tongue. Happy 3-sided brushing!

Yes. Triple Bristle is designed to be gentle on dental work while still providing a deep clean.
